Rice pudding recipe
Ingredients
½ cup of white rice flour
½ cup of corn starch
2 cups of sugar
½ cup of rose water
1 liter of liquid milk
1 liter of water
Any nuts to decorate
How to prepare
In a bowl, dissolve the starch in cold water and set aside.
In a bowl, put the flour with the milk and stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add the melted starch mixture to the flour mixture and stir.
Raise the pot on the quiet fire and leave it until boiling.
After boiling, stir until the mixture becomes thick, add sugar and rose water, and stir until the mixture becomes thick.
Pour pudding into serving dishes and serve cold, garnished with nuts on top.
