Ingredients:

  • A cup of gluten-free rice flour, Sonbolat El Forat, ½ cup of cornstarch.
    A tablespoon of gum arabic wiped
    A teaspoon of baking powder
    a cup of sugar
    2 eggs at room temperature
    vanilla
    1/2 cup of milk
    1/2 cup of oil

The liquids are mixed using a mixer or paddle with sugar, then the rest of the dry ingredients are gradually added, then the mixture is placed in cupcake molds in an oven at a temperature of 180 degrees until fully cooked.
