Recipe for six lashes with semolina basbousah
Ingredients
3 cups of all-purpose white flour
Half a cup of semolina Basbousa Sonbolat El Forat
A cup of powdered sugar
Half cup coconut
butter cup
3 eggs
vanilla
pinch of salt
Half a tablespoon of baking powder
sherbet
coconut
How to prepare:
Mix the butter with the sugar
Add the eggs
Mix flour with a pinch of salt, semolina flour, coconut and baking powder (dry ingredients)
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and whisk
Cut the dough in the shape of oval fingers, then press it with a fork widthwise and lengthwise to decorate it (according to the desired shape).
Grease a tray with oil, place the six eyelashes on it, and put it in the oven at 180 degrees
Water it with sherbet, garnish it with coconut or chopped pistachios, and serve it
