Italian Banana Walnut Cake Recipe with Oatmeal
Ingredients
2 cups of Sonbolat El Forat oatmeal
½ cup butter (soft)
A cup and a half of sugar
2 scrambled eggs
A teaspoon of vanilla
3 mashed bananas
A quarter cup of milk
½ teaspoon baking powder
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
A cup and a half of coarsely chopped coconut
How to prepare
Whisk the sugar with the butter until the mixture becomes creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla with whisk.
Mix milk with banana, mix baking soda, baking powder and salt with flour
Add the flour mixture alternately with the banana mixture and milk to the egg, butter and sugar mixture, whisking.
Add the nuts and whisk for two minutes, until the ingredients are combined.
Prepare the cake mold and paint it with butter and a sprinkle of flour.
Boy the cake mix in the mold and insert it into the oven for an hour at 180 degrees or until it is ripe.
Remove the cake from the oven and leave it to cool for 10 minutes, then place it on a serving plate and serve it warm or cold.
