Delicious gluten free chateau recipe using coconut flour
Ingredients
A cup of coconut flour (Sonbolat El Forat)
a glass of sugar
A cup of milk (free of gluten)
A cup of olive oil
spoon baking powder (gluten free)
Three tablespoons of cocoa
Three eggs
vanilla
How to prepare
We put milk, sugar, cocoa in a blender, and beat it well.
Gradually add the oil, with the mixer still running, until it becomes a chocolate sauce.
We take a cup of it and put it in the fridge.
Add the remaining eggs and vanilla to the remaining mixture, and mix it all together.
We put the coconut flour (Sonbolat El Forat) in the blender with the baking powder, and mix the ingredients well.
We put the mixture in a tray painted with obesity or oil.
Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
We take it out of the oven and put it on a serving plate.
We put the amount of sauce cup on it, and cover the surface of the cake with it.
Decorate the cake with coconut (grated) and nuts.
Leave it to cool down and then it is ready to be served
