Chocolate ice cream recipe with raw cacao

Ingredients

A cup and a half of whole milk
Half a cup of raw Sonbolat El Forat cocoa powder
a glass of sugar
Two cups of whipping cream
A teaspoon of vanilla

How to prepare

Whisk the milk with cocoa powder, then add the sugar, and continue whisking until the sugar and cocoa are completely dissolved.

Whip the cream with the vanilla in a large bowl until the distinctive peaks that cream is known for are formed, then add the whipped cream to the cocoa mixture.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until completely cold.

The ice cream mixture is stirred again, then returned to the refrigerator for an hour and a half or two hours, and served cold with decoration as desired
