Ingredients
4 cups of water
2 cups chickpea flour ( Sonbolat El Forat)
A tablespoon of salt
2 cups of olive oil
How to prepare
Boil water with salt, then add chickpea flour ( Sonbolat El Forat)
And stir for 2 to 3 minutes
Then we put the dough in a tray lined with butter paper, cover it, and leave it for 30 minutes
Then we take out the mixture and cut it into square shapes
We heat the olive oil on a medium temperature, then we put the shapes in the oil and leave them until they ripen and become golden.
We take out the tray and leave it to cool for 10 minutes, then serve it warm or cold
