Ingredients
A cup of lentil flour from Sonbolat El Forat
Pane breasts
eggs according to quantity
Salt and pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons of milk

How to prepare
In a bowl containing the paneer, add the spices, chopped onion and milk, and stir well so that the paneer absorbs the seasoning.
Add the eggs to the pan, cover it with lentil flour on both sides, and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
We grease the pan with olive oil, put it on a greased tray, and put it in the oven at 160 degrees until it turns red.
