Ingredients

A cup of Sonbolat El Forat quinoa grains
A quarter cup of olive oil
Two tablespoons of lemon juice
A small spoonful of ginger
3/4 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons grated apple
2 tablespoons grated cucumber
Half a cup of finely chopped parsley
A small onion, finely chopped

How to prepare

Wash the quinoa well, then put it in a pot on the fire until it boils with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes, then drain it well and let it cool.

Mix the ingredients well in a salad bowl, and you can add Alloush cheese when serving.
