Healthy oatmeal pasta recipe with chicken and spinach
Ingredients
Sonbolat El Forat oats pasta bag
1/2 kilo of spinach
1/2 kilo chicken breast cubes
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the white thieves:
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 box of light greek yogurt
1 cup skimmed milk
Salt and Pepper
How to prepare
- In a pot on the fire, we will boil the pasta 3/4 of a boil in water and salt, and half it in a large bowl. We will add the oil and sauté the onions and chicken cubes until they are golden in color.
