Gluten-free French toast recipe with quinoa flour
Ingredients
One and a half tablespoons of gluten free yeast
One and a half tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cups warm water
4 cups of quinoa flour (Sonbolat El Forat )
Melted butter for greasing
How to prepare
Mix warm water with yeast and sugar
Mix the quinoa flour (Sonbolat El Forat) with the salt
We start kneading the quinoa flour (Sonbolat El Forat) with the yeast together gradually until it mixes
Gradually add the oil and knead, then let it ferment for 15 minutes
Roll out the dough and divide it into sections according to the tray used in baking.
And we leave it until it rests in the tray for 20 minutes
Bake in a hot oven from the bottom at 180 degrees.
Then it is taken out and painted with butter while it is hot to maintain its softness.
Leave it to cool down a bit and then serve it
