Brown rice recipe with vegetables
Ingredients
A cup of Sonbolat El Forat brown rice
Chopped onion vegetables - peas and carrots
ground cumin
2 cups and a half of soup or water
A spoonful of olive oil
How to prepare
In a pot on a fire with olive oil, sauté the onions, then the peas and carrots, with the addition of cumin
Add the rice and continue sautéing. Add the soup and cover over a high heat until the syringe is absorbed. We calm the fire for half an hour until the maturity is complete.
Note: The amount of water is greater because brown rice needs more water than white rice, so that it is easy for the child to swallow
Recipe salt can be added after the year
