Barley bread recipe with barley flour and whole wheat flour

Ingredients

Two cups of barley flour, Sonbolat El Forat
Two cups of whole wheat flour, Sonbolat El Forat
Three and a half teaspoons of yeast
Three cups of Sonbolat El Forat oatmeal
Two tablespoons of honey
Two and a quarter cups of warm water
Two teaspoons of salt

How to prepare

Put the honey in a cup of warm water and stir until the honey is completely dissolved.

In a large bowl, place the barley, oats, and salt, add the wheat flour, honey mixture, and mix the ingredients together.

Gradually add water over the ingredients while kneading to get a cohesive dough.

Cover a bowl with a piece of cloth, then put it in a warm place and leave it for about half an hour until it rests.

Divide the dough into equal balls, cover again and leave for about 5 minutes to rest. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, and spread it on both sides to get a circular dough. A small piece of cloth is placed between each disk and the other and left to rest for a while. Bake the loaves in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes. Serve hot bread.
