Almond Flour Bread Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups of almond flour ( Sonbolat El Forat)
A cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of sugar
½ teaspoon gluten free yeast
Teaspoon salt
8 crushed garlic cloves
How to prepare
In a bowl, put sugar and yeast, stir well, then put the bowl in a warm place for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, put the almond flour ( Sonbolat El Forat), salt and garlic and stir well.
Add the yeast and knead, then add the rest of the water gradually, until the dough becomes smooth and cohesive
Add the oil to the face without kneading, then cover the bowl with a plastic bag, and leave the bowl in a warm place for 60 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
Spread the dough in the form of circles of medium thickness, then brush the face with butter and sprinkle with oregano, then leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Put the circles on a tray covered with butter paper, then put them in the oven for 15 minutes.
Cut it in the shape of fingers, and serve it with cheese sauce (free gluten) and ketchup
