A recipe for healthy gluten-free bread with yellow corn flour

Ingredients

3 cups of yellow corn flour ( Sonbolat El Forat)
A teaspoon of gluten free yeast
A tablespoon of sugar.
pinch of salt
Warm water added gradually.
A little sesame to decorate.

How to prepare

Mix the yellow corn flour ( Sonbolat El Forat), sugar, salt, and yeast together, then gradually add water while kneading.
Knead the ingredients together with a dough hook, or by hand, adding water gradually, until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.
Cut the dough into balls, and then roll each ball separately
We leave the dough flat in a warm place, covered, until it ferments well for half an hour
Sprinkle some water on the dough, and then sprinkle sesame on the surface of the dough, to be baked in the oven after that at a temperature of 200 degrees, and left until it swells and matures, then it is ready to be served.
